The venues and quality of accommodations are adequate to the types of events. Likewise, the forms and types of catering are appropriate to the events. At the same time, we make sure that the remuneration of consultants and cooperating entities are adequate to what is offered on the market.

Gifts, grants, or any educational items are donated without any conditions for sales, referrals or conditions of further cooperation. We provide them upon request from the requesting entity and the gift, grant is never given to a specific person, but always to the entity or institution.

We organize events primarily for professional and scientific purposes. The professional program is the main component of the event. Any leisure activity does not interfere with the program and is not the main attraction of the program. The information we provide to the professional and lay public is always accurate, objective and in full compliance with the applicable regulations. We do not reimburse the guests of the events for meals, accommodation or other expenses.
